FEE SCHEDULE

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to resolve your bookkeeping needs.

The following is my fee schedule. Fees can be locked in for up to one year’s time with a signed contract. New clients are subject to a 3 month initial contract, then a yearly contract can be obtained.

Bookkeeping & Payroll:

$69 - $89 per hour (contracts available)

I have proven to be faster, more accurate, more knowledgable and cheaper in the long term. You can save money by not having the expenses of matching employee tax costs, benefits, specific office space, work comp liability, snow days, sick days, vacation pay, ect. I pride myself on being fast but accurate for your financial benefit.

Taxes: (not under contract)

$75/hour 1099/1096 forms may be an additional cost

$75/hour W2/W3 forms may be an additional cost

Consulting-Accounting:

$75/hour

Investigative accounting, training, tax collections, business start up, embezzlement research

Business Coaching:

$75/hour in person

$50/hour via phone, video-conferencing

Supplies:

Cost + 15% or $5.00 minimum; whichever is greater.

Software/Program Set Ups:

$75 per hour: Accounting Software - installation, hands on training & phone/email consulting. Does not include the software costs or entering accounting.

Pick up & delivery:

50 cents/mile or $5 minimum per visit; whichever is greater on all travel locations. Contract clients will have 15 minutes added to their billing per visit for travel costs

Retainer:

A pre-paid deposit of $300 can be required to begin services for new clients. These funds wil be worked off in bookkeeping services.

Payable:

All services provided are payable upon receipt, the day services are rendered. A $25 late fee for services not paid within 7 calendar days.

Minimums: All services have a ONE hour minimum charge. After first hour, billed in increments of 15 minutes.

Legals:

Failure to pay account as outlined in verbal or written agreement is at the total cost to you ; including any legal action &/or as stated in the contract.
